Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide our clients with the highest quality service and experience. To ensure the best service for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Appointment Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled appointment. The full fee for the scheduled service will still apply. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider your situation on a case-by-case basis.
